Accountabilities

  • Lead the implementation of EY Cargo commercial strategy in the respective market and for the respective accounts.
  • Lead, manage, and coordinate the team to achieve agreed-upon targets according to the defined strategy and budget expectations.
  • Develop, implement, and execute strong country, area, and account plans to maximize Etihad Cargo's revenue, load factor, yield, and product mix.
  • Lead, develop, manage and maintain a portfolio of customer contracts following Etihad Cargo's segmentation model and commercial strategy.
  • Develop, maintain, and steer customer relationships, including global key accounts (where the key account structure requires), regional key accounts, and local accounts at all levels.
  • Collect, organize, provide feedback to HQ, and proactively act based on market intelligence. Identify opportunities and potential obstacles, and plan strategies to overcome any resistance.
  • Use defined tools of KPI and SLA to ensure compliance with EYCC standards and service levels.
  • Participate in the budgeting process. Ensure no financial bad debt and full compliance with CASS when applicable.
  • Drive implementation of iCargo, self-service solutions, direct booking capabilities and E-Airway Bill.
  • Cooperate with the GHA/Cargo Terminal to supply quality service to customers and comply with the EY Standards.


Education & Experience

  • High School with 3 years of relevant work experience OR Bachelors Degree with 1 years relevant work experience field; or Minimum 5 years commercial experience within Cargo.
  • Extensive experience with strong customer knowledge.
  • Fluent English - both written and spoken is essential.
  • Strong cargo commercial experience. Basic Knowledge and experience with GHA/warehouse handling.
